Do Vincentians Works with HIV-AIDS victims?

They most certainly do. The Daughters of Charity have been especially active not only in direct service but also in international advocacy.

Sr. Adelfa Siega (Province of Thailand) during the XVth International HIV-AIDS Conference (July 11-16, 2004, Bangkok, Thailand) recently testified upon the request of the organizing committee.

From May 6th to 8th, 2004 a group of Daughters of Charity serving in Health and Social Work from all the provinces of Spain, met in Ibarra (Guipuzcoa) for the first Inter-provincial AIDS Encounter.

The Daughters of Charity in the US have also been quite active.

See alsot the work of the Daughters of Charity in Vietnam.
